Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love Tori Belle Cosmetics as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a purchase made from our website, we have return options available.
To be eligible for refunds:
- Products must have been purchased through our website or the website of an Affiliate.
- If you purchased directly from an Affiliate, please contact that Affiliate for returns.
- Returns must be accompanied by all original components.
Please read this Returns and Refunds Policy carefully. In order to be fair to all our Affiliates and customers, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Refund Period – All products and fees, excluding lashes: Cosmetic products and fees are refundable up to fourteen (14) days, no questions asked, from the date listed on the order, if digital or delivery confirmation, if applicable. We do not provide return shipping labels or cover costs to return orders. Non-digital returns must be postmarked back to TB within 5 business days after confirmation of eligible return from customer support.
Refund Period – All Other Cosmetics: Cosmetic items (not including lashes) are also refundable up to fourteen (14) days, no questions asked, from the date listed on the order delivery confirmation (which is the day that you receive the cosmetics). We do not provide return shipping labels or cover costs to return orders if you change your mind. Returns must be postmarked back to Tori Belle Cosmetics within 14 days after confirmation of eligible return from customer support.
Refund Period – Resalable Products: Resalable products (products are unopened, unused, and not tampered with) are refundable up to thirty (30) days, no questions asked, from the date listed on the order delivery confirmation.

To avoid fraud, we cannot provide refunds without prior authorization and a completed return authorization form.
Third Party Vendors: Items purchased from auction sites such as eBay, other third-party retail sites (excluding an approved website of an Affiliate) are not eligible for return or refund. All refunds must be initiated by the original purchaser.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If your item(s) arrive damaged, visit, here. Please include a photo of the damaged item and your order number within five (5) business days of the delivery confirmation date and we will replace the item(s). Replacements must be of the same product and style.
Exchanges: We do not regularly offer exchanges. On occasion, we will exchange defective merchandise or liner in a starter kit if the one chosen causes any allergic reaction. Please reach out to support for specifics.
Missing Parcels: It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their order is sent to a secure location such as a locked mailbox. We offer Shipping Protection on all orders via Navidium. We cannot provide refund or replacement on merchandise stolen, lost or missing after delivery is confirmed.
Return to Sender: Items returned to us by the shipper marked as undelivered or marked as return to sender will be refunded to you and the order will be canceled.
Misuse: Tori Belle Cosmetics reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our returns policy (such as excessive returns, unauthorized re-seller activity or fraud).
