Please contact Customer Support if your return meets the return criteria in the return policy (linked above). Customer Support will send directions and a Return Authorization Form that should be printed out and returned, along with all product components.
The refund date guidelines are from delivery to you to the date of your initial email to us. Items must be postmarked within 5 business days after initiating the return in order for the return to be processed.
When we receive the returned items we will issue a refund to your original payment method. It can take up to a week for your financial institution to credit your account.
If you are an Affiliate, returning your products DOES NOT cancel your Affiliate account unless you return a starter kit. You will need to let us know to cancel your account to avoid any future charges by stating “Please CLOSE my Affiliate account”.
Items that are sent to us for a return that do not meet the return guidelines will not be refunded or returned to you.
