Please use the tracking number that we emailed to you to check the status of your package. This will tell you exactly where your order is and how long it will take to get to you.
If it says it has been in one location for over a week please submit a support request via the Tori Belle Help & Support page and provide us with the order number. We will check on the delivery status and replace the order if needed.
If your package is listed as delivered but you do not have it we are not able to replace the order. Unfortunately, we can not provide refunds or replacements on merchandise stolen or missing after confirmed delivery. We do our best to make sure that people know to have a secure delivery address by stating how important that is on our returns and refunds page. With theft and fraud being so prevalent we have to require that packages are mailed to a secure location.
You may be able to receive assistance from the USPS or police department. Please contact the USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to submit a search request in case they delivered it to the wrong address and/or contact your local police department to report the theft if you believe it may have been stolen. You may also be able to make a claim on your home owner's policy.
