Q: I have not received my order/tracking info, are you behind?
Yes, right now, because of COVID-19 shut downs, we are several days behind on shipping in the warehouse, but we are getting closer to being caught up each day. We have folks working extra hours to ensure we are caught up on shipping.
Additionally, there have been larger issues with shipping slowdowns on the carrier side. There are bugs at USPS and UPS that are also causing slowdowns and tracking issues. We cannot impact those. Due to this fact, we are not offering expedited shipping as it is not a realistic expectation. We are doing everything on our side to get caught up, and we are hoping that the carriers will be able to speed up soon once it is safe.
